Do you repeat my subscription automatically?

No, we do not repeat your subscription automatically - we believe that should be your decision.

What other ways can I pay?

You can also pay by cheque or postal order. To do this, sign up for a 5-day free trial and post your payment to the address below before your free trial ends. Please include a covering note specifying the subscription option you want and the email address you have registered with. Cheques should be made payable to 'NutraTech Ltd'.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a free 5-day trial so you can decide if the service is for you before you join. If you join and change your mind, we will give a 100% refund if you notify us within 7 days of joining by emailing customercare@nutracheck.co.uk. Unfortunately we cannot make partial refunds on membership time remaining after this time.

How do I cancel?

We do not automatically renew your membership so there is no need to let us know if you want to cancel as your subscription just expires at the end of the term. If however you wish to cancel under our refund policy, you must do this within 7 days of joining by emailing customercare@nutracheck.co.uk.
